At OneStop Northwest, we work diligently to ensure your orders arrive accurately, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your products are produced, shipped, and delivered.


Production & Fulfillment

Promotional Products, Printing, Packaging & Decorated Items

  • Production times vary depending on the product, decoration method, and supplier.
  • Estimated timelines will be provided during the quote, estimate, or sales order stage.
  • Production begins only after proof approval (when required) and payment or approved terms are in place.

Digital Products & Services

  • Digital and subscription-based services do not involve physical shipping.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and established freight partners. The method selected depends on:

  • Supplier location
  • Product type
  • Order size and weight
  • Destination
  • Required delivery speed

If you need a specific carrier or expedited shipping, please notify us before your order enters production.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are not typically included on estimates or sales orders unless you specifically request that information.
Final shipping charges are determined after your order ships and will appear on your invoice.

Shipping charges may include:

  • Carrier shipping fees
  • Handling or packaging fees from suppliers
  • Multiple shipments if items come from different suppliers or production locations

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and carrier performance. While we strive to meet all delivery expectations, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Seasonal shipping volume

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing:

  • Ship date
  • Tracking number(s)
  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking links automatically update as carriers process and move your package.


Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments when:

  • Items are produced by different suppliers
  • Products have varying production timelines
  • Part of the order completes earlier than others

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. OneStop Northwest is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a shipment is returned because of incorrect information, reshipment fees will apply.


Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 3 business days and include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage (if applicable)
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

We will work with our supplier and the carrier to file a claim and determine the appropriate resolution, such as replacement or credit.


International Shipping

Most promotional product orders ship within the United States. International shipping may be available depending on the supplier. Please inquire for availability.
