QUICK TURN AROUND TO MEET YOUR NEEDS

We have a wide range of turn around times. Standard products typically can have turn around times from next day to 4 business days. Specialty products may have a turn around time of 5-9 days. Expediting orders is an option for an additional charge.

If you are supplying the artwork for your print item it must be received by our team by 10am PST and you must approve your proof by 12:00 p.m. in the time zone your order is produced for turnaround time to begin. Once we receive the artwork we will send you a print proof via email for you to approve. We will also notify you of the current days cutoff times for production and approval of proofs.

You have the choice of two major carriers, UPS and FEDEX, on all your orders. Additional shipping options are available on Sign and Badge orders. Shipping charges are based on product weight and destination. International shipping is not available when ordering online.

Orders can be shipped Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air/Standard Overnight

What exactly is G7 certification?

G7 is an industry-leading set of specifications and best practices for achieving consistent and accurate color reproduction across different printing devices, substrates, and printing processes. There are only 1,500 printers worldwide that are G7 certified master printers, and our facilities are proud to be one of them.

Typically, a print-buy is either distributed geographically or distributed across different print types. For example, a buyer may want to purchase multiple printed pieces, and signage with the same brand imagery. Clearly the substrate, gamut and other print characteristics will vary for the different print products. If all the print products have the same gray balance and neutral tonality defined by G7, they will look remarkably alike to the human eye. To assure quality and consistency, our proofing, and printing presses are calibrated annually to meet G7 Master Printer qualifications at all locations.
